Huaray Laser (A invested company of JCZ) is developing and manufacturing reliable femtosecond ultrafast laser HR-Femto series of industrial-level fiber femtosecond lasers. They are categorized into the HR-Femto-10 (10 μJ), HR-Femto-50 (50 μJ), and HR-Femto-50HE (80 μJ) series, which are verified, highly reliable, and can be used 24/7. Laser pulse widths of <350 fs or <350 fs to 5 ps are adjustable. Greenlight wavelengths can be output by using a harmonic generator (SHG).

10W - HR-Femto-10 Series

HR-Femto-10 series of industrial fiber femtosecond lasers are designed with optical and electrical integration, with stable and reliable performance, and can be guaranteed to work 24 hours a day. It supports the output of >10 W at 1035 nm wavelength and single pulse energy of >10 μJ and can be used with an external multiplier to achieve 517 nm wavelength output. The HR-Femto-200 series of femtosecond lasers are stable and reliable femtosecond lasers developed by Huaray, and are the result of the National Key Research and Development Program. The laser adopts an integrated optical and electrical design, with a pulse width of fewer than 350 fs, single pulse energy of 200 μJ, and support for Burst Mode. The products can be widely used in semiconductor wafer processing, ceramics and polymer processing, diamond processing, new energy materials processing, hard-to-process metal processing, polymer materials processing and treatment, and other fields.
